Sajiloplay, a mobile gaming platform that offers skill-based games, contests, and entertainment. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sajiloplay application (“App”) and related services. Sajiloplay hosts skill-based games and contests. Outcomes are determined by user performance, not chance. You acknowledge that success depends on your skill, strategy, and decision-making.

4.2. Fair Play

You agree to:

  1. Play honestly and fairly.
  2. Not use cheats, hacks, or exploits.
  3. Not collude with other users to manipulate outcomes.

Winnings are credited to your account and may be withdrawn subject to KYC verification and applicable limits. You are responsible for any taxes or legal obligations arising from your winnings

Withdrawals are processed to your registered payment method. Sajiloplay is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers

5.4. Forfeiture

Unclaimed winnings or balances may be forfeited if your account is deleted or inactive for a prolonged period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Sajiloplay are the property of Saransa Media Labs Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You agree not to:

  1. Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
  2. Use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. User Content and Conduct

7.1. User Content

You may submit content such as profile information, gameplay data, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant Sajiloplay a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for promotional and operational purposes.

7.2. Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Post offensive, abusive, or illegal content.
  2. Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
  3. Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

8. Third-Party Services

Sajiloplay may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, social media platforms, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy practices of these services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Termination and Suspension

Sajiloplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  1. Violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
  2. Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
  3. Legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, your access to the App will be revoked, and any unclaimed winnings
may be forfeited.

10. Disclaimers

Sajiloplay provides the App “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  1. That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  2. That contests will be free from manipulation or technical issues.
  3. That winnings will be delivered without delay.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Restriction of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sajiloplay shall not be liable for:

  1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. Loss of data, profits, or reputation.
  3. Errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the App in the past 6
months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sajiloplay, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  1. Your use of the App.
  2. Your violation of these Terms.
  3. Your infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
